Refund and Returns Policy
At Arumaipure, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The product is not a non-returnable item (see Section 2).
The item is not damaged, except in cases where it was received damaged or defective.
Proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
3. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return Request
To initiate a return, contact our customer support at arumaipure@gmail.com within the return period.
Step 2: Return Approval & Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup, or you may be required to ship the item to our return address.
Ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Step 3: Quality Check & Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
If approved, a refund/replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Options
Refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:
Original Payment Method: Amount will be credited back to your credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet within 7 days.
Bank Transfer: For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after providing necessary details.
4.2 Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted:
If an item is not in its original condition or is missing parts.
If the return request is made beyond the eligible return period but is still reasonable.
5. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may request a return after delivery.
